Yesterday was my first time here - first time driving through Exeter for that matter. Charmed by the town, and very pleased with my coffee stop here. Friendly service. Ambience of a typical cozy little independent coffee shop. I tried the Mexican mocha. Not sure I would order it again, but only because it turns out chile in my coffee is not my thing. I could still appreciate it for what it was - a perfect blend of smooth espresso, milk, sweet chocolate and spicy chile. The spice doesn't hit your tongue at all. You don't notice it until you swallow and your throat starts a slow gentle burn. After my order, I spent more time checking out the menu. They have NH maple syrup you can add to your coffee. Can't tell you how happy this makes me as I do this at home and have NEVER seen it in a coffee shop. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I they made an error with my order. Gave me the smaller 12 oz size when I paid for the 16 oz., but not to worry. I will be back!! read more
