Daniel was amazing at providing customer care! Extremely clean, sanitized his hands, countertops, & anything else he touched between customers. Daniel acknowledged us as soon as we got in the line. He helped several people in front of us. Handled all products with care, explained different options for family lines & phone purchases w/ phone cases, add-ons, & AirPods. Set up phone lines and made calls- made sure everything worked as promised before anyone left the store. With the next customer, he took care of a billing issue & payment efficiently. The customer was extremely thankful & pleased. When we approached the counter we explained that our phone broke (front, back, & issue with the motherboard- no other shop could fix the issue!). He took the time to help us understand different options for attempting to repair our iPhone X, gave us purchasing options & comparisons if the phone could not be repaired. Extremely knowledgeable, patient & helpful! I definitely prefer D2 Wireless over any big corporations and highly recommend this specific store to all my friends & family.
