Dined at Papillion today for an early lunch. Service was awful. I had to wait 20 mins for my order to be taken then another 45mins for my food to arrive. The waitress never apologized and I noticed my plate looked very different from another customer who ordered the same thing. I think the staff ate off my plate ( French fries). Waitress never apologized for the delay, the restaurant wasn't at full capacity. I won't be returning for the money I spent. read more
