Stayed at the Azure Legacy Collection Hotel and ended up eating at Dahlia (right on the first floor) a few times -- and wow, what a find! The space isn't huge, but it's cozy, chic, and has such a great vibe. Good music, stylish décor, and an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Huge shoutout to Denys, who absolutely made my experience. He was warm, patient, and explained the menu so well. I went with the Broiled Sablefish (soy glaze, seasonal veggies), and it was perfection -- super high quality and amazing with a glass of white wine. I came back the next day because the service was just that good. I missed Happy Hour (3-6pm) but ordered the oysters at dinner anyway, and honestly? Some of the best local Vancouver oysters I've had. Fresh, clean, and full of flavor. Also tried the Spicy Seafood Linguine -- packed with big juicy prawns, scallops, and clams. Pure comfort and quality in one bowl. Denys' hospitality really stood out and made each visit feel special.
