Took the drive to old Bethpage for some Korean tofu soup on a cold winter day. There are not much options for Korean tofu in Long Island. There is ample parking in this mini mall. They served a variety of banchan but they did not allow us to pack it when we did not finish it. I'm pretty sure I ordered chicken udon but we were served seafood udon. The octopus was very very chewy in the udon noodle soup as well as the grilled octopus with pork belly. The sauce for pork belly dish was a little overwhelming. The star of the show was the soondubu but we would much rather drive to queens to eat Korean tofu and seafood pancake next time. read more
