we live in a mid-rise in Belltown. wanted/needed to replace our cooktop and wall oven. the big box stores and the big local places wouldn't commit to an install.
enter DJ. they have a niche service and fulfill it well. the owner came out to do the estimate. the first crew that came out recognized that our gas line didn't have sufficient clearance to permit installation of the oven we had purchased.
after returning the oven and getting a new one that fit the space, DJ came back and did the install.
if you're installing "like for like," DJ is more expensive than what you need. but if you aren't sure, or are installing something larger/different than what you have, I highly recommend them. they are essentially the only game in town for this sort of thing, and offer great service. their install people are top notch. read more
