The food is alright . The rub dries it out . The service is terrible and so is the ambience . Walked in one day ordered a meal to go , sad down and cut my jacket open on the sharp corner in the picture . Asked for a manager , AR comes out to speak to me . I ask for the store managers business card he gives me a free item card and tells me the store has no business cards . Ask for the managers name he tells me it's BLUE. Says the manager will be in the next day . I called the restaurant the next day a female picked up the phone and kept it off the hook , and then no one answered the phone when I tried . I left a review online , hoping I would get someone to reach out to me , all I got was a credit for another meal . Came in to use my credit and the cashier kept telling me that the code is not working . AR comes up to resolve the issue and proceeds to walk into the kitchen and talk about me because the entire cooking staff was staring at me . The food container shouldn't come out greasy and dirty to the customer as pictured. Also , as you see in these photos , the sharp edge was repaired with tape . All in all , the customer service can use some work along with that corner that cut open my brand new coat . read more
