The most important and critical aspect of our sunroom and deck project was finding a contractor we (my wife and I) felt comfortable communicating with and confident they were capable of accomplishing the project we envisioned. We consulted with three large contractors over a period of five months, acquiring designs and quotes from each. Deck Plus provided an understandable scope of work and a quote lower than the other two contractors. Deck Plus did not disappoint us, rather their professionalism and work quality far exceeded our highest expectations. Throughout our project there was consistent open and productive communication with Marcelo, Ace and the onsite crew as minor and major adjustments were made to the scope of work. Deck Plus seamlessly worked through the adjustments making improvements at very reasonable cost adjustments. Deck Plus had an engineer frequently onsite and on numerous occasions the county inspectors provided their inspections. Without exception, every county inspector was very professional and praised the high quality of work accomplished by Deck Plus and their subcontractors. Throughout our project work quality and "OUR" satisfaction were a top priority, it was made very clear from the very beginning our concerns and suggestions were important to Marcelo regardless of how big or small.
