I guess the best I can say is that the job is done and the railing is secure. However for the price I paid I expected MUCH better craftsmanship and customer service. Although, initially he did come back twice to correct his poor workmanship ie: the plastic covering the spindles on the steps was not angled so they weren't secured (on multiple rungs). His answer was "I guess I wasn't paying enough attention", which at that point sent up a red flag. He NEVER came back to replace the part of the railing where the mitre cut was so off that I could have done better and the first thing I see when I walk out on my deck . See pictures below! I also want to add, that the ONLY time the owner of the company (who was my contact person) answered his phone was when he wanted my final payment. Otherwise, I had to leave a message and and wait a minimum of 3 days for return call. When the owner came out to see the work and showed him the big gash in my newly stained steps his answer was "things happen ". Never offering to fix it. The job was started on September 6th, "completed" only a few days later. Have been waiting since the beginning of October for the rest of the issues to be resolved and now it's the beginning of November.
