That is what we did. The showroom is on the top floor and let me say that their designs are beautiful. I was honest and told the designer, Kristin, that I didn't have an idea in mind but I would know what I wanted when I saw it. I'm sure for a designer those words are frustrating to hear. However, she was extremely patient with me. She started showing me samples. At first I was like . . ."wellllll these are nice . . .but not me." Then BAM! I saw it! The tile I knew was meant for me! I started getting excited! Kristin saw where my mind was going and started pulling tile to accompany the one I picked for the shower walls. It became apparent that I am big on texture. I wanted texture everywhere! In a little over an hour I had picked shower tile, accent tile for the shower, shower floor tile, bathroom floor tile and grout. I was beyond happy with my choices. I asked the designer what she thought of my choices and she said they were very nice. My husband said, "you have to say that!" She said that if she had not liked a choice I was making or thought it didn't flow she would have tried to steer me in a different direction. That was nice to know. I know that my tastes are different than most peoples. I don't want what everyone else has. It was nice to know though, that she would have been honest if my choices didn't look nice together. Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. It wasn't going to be a big job, only about 56' of ornamental fencing and Penn Fencing scheduled our Estimator, Charlie to visit a few days after calling them in early March. We received the Estimate a few days later and the pricing was comparable to the other quotes we gathered. Penn Fencing came recommended to us by 3WS's Johnny Hartwell and we went with his advice and selected them for the work. It has only taken five (5) weeks for the materials to arrive and the install to be scheduled. Kevin and his two (2) man crew arrived promptly at 8:30am, to do the work and they were finished in about 90 minutes. No mess, no inconvenience, and they disposed of our old fencing for us. The fence looks great! I did have to go back and tighten a few screws, but it wasn't a big deal. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them for your project.
