I had just finished a yoga class in the area and remembered I had been wanting to try this sandwich food truck out. They were out of the Italian so I opted for two of their Specials.
Chicken Parm - I'm not sure what I expected, but this was a pretty simple sandwich, fried chicken cutlet with cheese and a tomato bisque sauce. Really tasty, thinner than I expected but I thought the ratio was just right. The chicken was very crispy on the outside even with the cheese and sauce on it.
Banh Mi (with Green Chile Pork) - Not your traditional Banh Mi, but it actually really captured the flavor of a Banh Mi combined with a Pulled Pork sandiwch flavor.
Overall, I these sandwiches were very honest. They're not trying to wow you with special ingredients, they just provide the ingredients that are supposed to be on a sandwich and they do it well. I look forward to trying out some of their other sandwiches! read more
