We wanted to check out Demel and got there about 30 minutes before close, but managed to snag a table outside right away. Even though it was late they were still packed. I got a hot chocolate and Kaiserschmarrn (fluffy pancake thing with plum jam) and it was delicious. The chocolate was not too sweet but very rich.
Right when they closed they literally closed out all the tables and locked the doors! So that was a bit weird and rushed. Also, Bathrooms were just okay and a bit cramped and far in the back of the store. But if you're in the area and want some nice treats and you don't have a huge wait, I would recommend it. read more
