I requested an appointment because we need to find a new dentist near us. Their website www.abedidds.com has a button that says "Request an appointment today!" which I did, got no call back so I called today to get an appointment. They don't take our dental insurance but I said that's okay, you have great reviews so I am willing to pay the advertised $59 New Patient Special which includes a full exam, routine cleaning & X-rays. I asked to schedule myself & my fiance two new patient appointments. The receptionist put me on hold & came back to say she is sorry but their website isn't updated so they won't honor the price of $59, it is now $89. I said "are you sure you can't honor it just for me & my fiancé since it's on your website?" She said no. Dentists get bad raps a lot but these type of bait & switch practices are the reasons for their reputations. On to the next unfortunately. read more
