Juan was so great and helpful. My brother had a phone that he dropped and the screen got messed up. Finding someone during these times, especially with this COVID-19 outbreak, was extremely hard. Every place I called didn't answer because they weren't open. When I first called Dev Computer, they didn't answer, but to my surprise, Juan even called me back. My brother is a health care worker and he uses his phone quite a bit since he is an essential worker and was extremely grateful to Juan for being open during these hard times. Juan himself is definitely an essential worker and is so brave to be working right now in order to help people with their technical issues especially those who are working at home or now going to school online as well. read more
