It seems that every time DHL is involved (such as parcel select or smart post) items are lost...or severely delayed! They offer no resources to trace or follow up on packages in their possession for multiple weeks. Packages can just vanish, with no reasoning or explanation! How is this horribly run company still in business?!!??? Avoid DHL at all cost! I would give ZERO stars if I could..as would most Yelpers, so it seems. See screen shot below.
