Cesar was super fast, very responsive, and knowledgeable! My car was having troubles not starting on a Friday evening, I was panicked and calling all the auto shops near me, the one I picked recommended Diaz Towing, I called them and Cesar was super responsive. He asked where I was and logistics to make sure he could properly tow me. Once Cesar got to me (less than 1 hour), he looked at my car and inspected that I probably needed a jump start and that my battery bolts were loose. He tightened them up, jumped my car, made sure my car would start up at least 3-4 times. He assured me that I probably didn't need to go to a shop and told me if I needed a tow to call him and let him know.
