Cesar was super fast, very responsive, and knowledgeable! My car was having troubles not starting on a Friday evening, I was panicked and calling all the auto shops near me, the one I picked recommended Diaz Towing, I called them and Cesar was super responsive. He asked where I was and logistics to make sure he could properly tow me. Once Cesar got to me (less than 1 hour), he looked at my car and inspected that I probably needed a jump start and that my battery bolts were loose. He tightened them up, jumped my car, made sure my car would start up at least 3-4 times. He assured me that I probably didn't need to go to a shop and told me if I needed a tow to call him and let him know. He charged me a fair amount considering he had to come all the way out to me and didn't tow me. He's a very stand up guy that I would recommend to anyone. read more

Caesar showed up as scheduled on time. forklift loaded professionally on the truck, arrived in Temecula in about an hour and had it unloaded in the warehouse. Jr hooked up my car and DEMANDED CASH, $30 MORE than what was stated in their ad. When I questioned the increase, Jr put me on the phone with "dad" who started screaming at me. I had $300 in groceries melting in the car. It was 4:30 and my repair shop closes at 5, so I gave Jr the money, the address to the repair shop and Ubered home. The next day, I went to the repair shop to be told my car never arrived. I called Jr who told me,"I took it where my father told me to take it." He berated me (I am a 66 year old woman) with curse words: f--you, etc and hung up on me several times. I managed to get his attention by threatening to call the police and report my car stolen. 3 hours later, it arrived at the repair shop. I plan to contact the licensing agency, the IRS, and Adult Protective Services. Horrible people. read more
