Came in w my kids dad to buy the new treadmill that inclines and declines. We knew we wanted to get it and we knew we wanted to buy it online- possibly fr Dicks, depending on if they price matched or not. We were at the mall anyway so decided to go in to check it out in person. Tyler or Taylor, crap I'm bad w names, but it was either Tyler or Taylor, really went above and beyond to help us with answering our millions of questions and trying to help us when we asked to get it going to try out. He was unable to get that key thing to work, but man, did that kid give it a valiant effort. We really appreciated his assistance and patience. The store is clean and well stocked.
