I visited Dick's Hideaway for a late-ish lunch on a weekday. Like everyone says, it's difficult to find. Fortunately, I did my research prior and knew to look for Luci's. There's a few parking spots right up front and more behind the building. I arrived late, and my friend was already seated. The space is small but cozy. Starving, we ordered right away. Our server was very helpful and guided us through the menu. I went with the New Mexico Enchiladas--two shrimp and one veggie--served with rice and beans, and I chose both red and green sauce. The food arrived quickly and piping hot. The enchiladas were delicious! Maybe it was my hunger, but they really hit the spot. While the veggie enchilada was good, the shrimp ones were even better, and I'd definitely order them again. My friend loved her dish too. Service was fast and friendly.
