A charming eat-in dim sum place. Very clean and cozy.
This was our first time at Ding Dang. The staff were friendly and personable. They were knowledgeable of the different dim sum.
We ordered 6pcs shrimp siomai and 6 pcs chicken pork dumplings. Both were flavorful. They were served hot with soy sauce and sriracha (if you need them).
Additionally, we tried the buns: taro bun was creamy not too sweet; the custard bun tasted smoky and a little salty; while the walnut (my fav) is sweet. I suggest that you eat the buns while they are hot/warm. It turns chewy when it gets cold.
We will be back to try their shaved snow. (Similar to Korean bingsu)
We recommend visiting Ding Dang its Chinese street food at a good price. read more
