First time here & will absolutely be coming back! Staff is super friendly and helped me with what I was craving. I saw they have a 'meal deal' going on right now and plan to come back and try it out because it's too good of a deal to pass up. I ordered a matcha milk latte with strawberry foam, it was perfect! The ambiance is very casual, plenty of seating and they have an area in the back where you can hang out, watch tv, play games that they have.
