First time here & will absolutely be coming back! Staff is super friendly and helped me with what I was craving. I saw they have a 'meal deal' going on right now and plan to come back and try it out because it's too good of a deal to pass up. I ordered a matcha milk latte with strawberry foam, it was perfect! The ambiance is very casual, plenty of seating and they have an area in the back where you can hang out, watch tv, play games that they have. Didn't realize I never reviewed Ding tea before. A good choice for bubble tea. I usually stick with a classic milk tea with boba which are nice and chewy. I would recommend getting one of the deals. I got the drink and snack combo and was able to get one of the sweet hut Swiss roll. Staff are always nice and helpful when I have questions about the menu. Decent amount of seating....I usually grab and go but often see people hanging out and some playing games they have available. read more

This was my second time coming to the restaurant. The first experience was very enjoyable, the speed of making the bubble tea was exceptional and the staff were energetic and kind. I ordered honeydew milk tea with nothing extra or anything taking away which I enjoyed. The second trip I brought someone's along and I talked to the staff about having a new customer and someone's first trying the bubble tea experience. The staff seemed to be nice at first, but communication was clear on both sides I presume since I had to correct the staff about the drinks I was ordering, mind you, we started out on the wrong foot as far as me making the comment! That hey! You have new bubble tea drinker and there wasn't any reaction, like I got a dumbfounded response and look! Like why are you telling me this, so things did not go smooth after that. This is the first time I am ordering bubble tea where the tapioca pearls are an extra charge now, before it was just included so I expressed that to the staff and she gave me an dumbfounded puzzled look! So, confusion snowballed about the amount of ice, what size I wanted to having me correct the order as I looked at the screen to let the staff know that the order was a bit off. Before making the purchase, I asked staff what's the normal amount of sugar and she replied 30 percent, and I was like, well let me get 50 percent, coming to find after making a concerned comment about my drink that 50 percent means actually 50 percent less sugar, so there is the confusion, not 50 percent more. So, again miss communication and of course, it's not the staff fault, it seemed to be my fault for not understanding and that's how I felt how they made me feel. Presumably maybe senior staff corrected the drink and explained things to me about the sugar level. Regardless of the miss communication that occurred to me, is the service was a bit too fast in terms of making the drink, and when there was a problem with the drink it wasn't their fault as in if you were to complain is out of their hands instead of asking what's wrong, no worries, we will fix your drink and not dwell on it and be sorry for the mistakes they created. Service is fast, however again, drinks aren't quality controlled and made a bit too fast for my taste since I have been to many bubble tea companies and usually quality drinks took longer than a few minutes, here it seemed the drink were made less than 30 seconds which to me is too fast to create a quality bubble tea beverage, which resulted in a watery tasteless bubble tea experience for the taro flavor and had way too much ice despite less ice I am going to other bubble tea establishment and this was my last time going here due how the staff made me feel, you don't get three strikes! Sometimes you only need one strike and customer will go to other establishments. read more

I visited with a friend here and tried boba tea for the first time! It was delicious! The service was fast and friendly. They also have a variety of ramen available. Plenty of indoor seating and the atmosphere was good for chatting with a friend. I will definitely be back to try more flavors! read more

This strip mall bubble tea joint had a variety of Harry Pottery imagery (apparently they do monthly themes). Tea flavor options were plenty, if not quite the ones I hoped (I'm a big honeydew fan). The lychee I did get was prepared with great gusto, but I was a little underwhelmed. For one thing, the actual amount of drink in the ice wasn't high; to be fair it was 95 and some ice was needed but I think it was overdone. For another, the cherry-flavored boba were plentiful, but surprisingly lacking in flavor. I could imagine having a better experience coming back, but might need to reconsider my order. read more

Who doesn't love good Boba? My daughter had been requesting Boba all week, so due to her having good behavior, I decided to try a new Boba spot. Among entering the staff greeted us. The menu has a number of options that it made it hard for me to choose. I initially wanted the taro milk tea Boba, but they were out of that. I ended up getting a caramel coffee with Boba. The service, drinks, and food are Amazing! But I have a few suggestions. The decor could be improved. For example, the LED ceiling lights are too overpowering and it clashes with the colorful lights that are hung everywhere. Having those lights and also playing anime for the public, I can never see the show by the reflected glare. I suggest to make the game/anime area darker, sorta like a tent. For the ceiling lights maybe switch them to soft lights to be more of a cozy aesthetic for others who do work here and maybe some occasional chill music from time to time. Popped in after ordering my daughter's senior pictures next door. I ordered a milk tea without boba and it was absolutely delicious. They have a full lunch menu and offer many hot and cold options. The drink menu was a bit intimidating for myself since I don't typically drink boba but my daughter had a great time and loved the menu options. Service was pleasant. You ordered and then sat down and waited for your order number to be called. While it's still considered quick service you have plenty of seating to wait. They were decorated based off the Harry Potter movies and the restaurant was divided by houses. If you're a huge Harry Potter fan this is a total IG spot to hit! read more

Went here for opening night and loved it! This place is super fun, and the tea is great. I got the galaxy milk tea and though the flavors were appropriately strong and balanced- it did not taste watered down at all. My boyfriend got the cinnamon crunch milk tea and loved it as well. I will say that both our teas were sweet- we like sweet so it worked out but consider that for those who prefer their tea less sweet. The tea did not take long to arrive, and everyone there was very friendly! I also loved that the whole place was very aesthetically pleasing, and they had games to play while you waited for tea! They didn't have Taro Tea on my first visit. But I was able to ask the the guy what would he recommend that is good. He recommended a Hazelnut Milk Tea with Golden Pearl. It's pretty good. Each time I've come here the menu expands little by little. I've tried to passion fruit black tea and the mango black tea. Both are good. I love the different fruit popping pearls--I've tried most of them and dragonfruit popping pearls are the best. Since I can't have any dairy products, this will be based on my husbands and friends' reviews: Pretty great when we can't go to the city to go to our favorite Boba place but this place is a close second. We really wanted to like this new boba place and thought it would be better than Gong Cha. It was decent during the soft opening (we went twice). Then after the grand opening about a month ago, we've been here 4-5 times and drinks were subpar each time, ordering is fast but waiting for drinks is slow (even though there seems to be a lot of people behind the counter). These pictures are from the last time that we ordered: 2 out of 4 were incorrectly made but it was our fault that we didn't notice until we got home. It seems that they have their own menu, rather than following Ding Tea menu that I've seen elsewhere. The milk tea is very milky but watery at the same time, not as much tea flavor as I've had at other Ding Teas. I hope that they can improve their recipe and speed in making drinks. Even though this is a relatively new establishment the word of its opening has obviously gotten around quickly. When I came in on a Sunday afternoon it was jam packed. Their menu of milk teas and fruit teas is expansive. There were at least six employees making drinks so apparently they were prepared for the high volume and receiving my taro boba tea took less than five minutes despite the amount of customers being served. read more
