Brand New Nepali/Indian food in Tanger Outlet Food Court. The friendly gentleman behind the counter is the owner and manager. He is a Nepali immigrant and has worked hard (and made some smart investments in Crypto (which I personally know nothing about)) to open his dream restaurant. The Veg. Momos were delicious and reminded me of my time two years ago when I spent one motorcycling in the Himalayas in August, 2023. The Masala Chai was perfect in both taste and sweetness. I tried something new, that I never had before also, fried vegetable Pakuda (I think that is the name), and they were tasty too. I want to get some Chicken Momos and / Jhol Momos next time. BTW, Momos are a special request item, so they are made from scratch and take a little longer to arrive, so if you are in a hurry, you can get a quick meal that is ready to go, such as Butter Chicken, from the multiple choices on display in the hot bar right in front of you. There is also a coffee station, where the barista (same friendly guy), can make a latte, espresso, mochachino, etc., with a variety of chocolate, and flavored syrups. Very nice place!! Cheers!
