If I could rate as a -10 I would. This store is the most unorganized, filthy, and unprofessional retailer I have been to in a very long time. Please NEVER order anything on Dollar Tree and select to ship to the Fallstaff store location. The only reason this store was selected as a means for pickup was because it was convenient to the person I was dropping the merchandise off to. I received an email on Sunday (3 days ago), which stated: "Grab your keys... your order has arrived! You can pick up your order at the store address below. To avoid order cancellation, please pick up your order by March 18, 2018." I arrived today just in case there may be a delay. The only cashier stepped away from her register to go behind another register/aisle looking for it and could not find it. She then asked the manager to assist. He came out and rummaged through the piles of boxes stacked behind and on top of the long register/aisle. He then checked in a shopping cart full of customer orders which were able to be picked upon by anyone. He asked again my name and what the item was and looked for a few seconds longer. He then "checked" in the backroom. When he came back a few minutes later he stated they did not have them and their truck has yet to arrive. I had to call the Dollar Tree direct regarding my order. The service agent, Drena, stated that the store had 106 on hand. She spoke with him and he stated that they did not have them. She was unhelpful and not very friendly, cutting me off at times. My option was to wait for the truck or get a refund. It would not make sense to wait for an arrival of a truck when I received an email 3 days prior. The explanation of this was because the company sends the email when the item leaves the distribution center. How convenient for the customer! The company sends a false email to allow customers to come for an item that may or may not actually be available! I know they are way behind in technology and pick up services, but they must do better than this!!! I had to get a refund for an item purchase 2 weeks prior and drive even further to a much more organized and clean Dollar Tree in Owings Mills, MD where Sharon found the items and put them to the side for me to purchase. The Dollar Tree on Fallstaff needs new management, staffing, and hopefully a visit from Corporate (if they have one), to help them understand the importance of branding and that they are truly NOT representing the company well. read more
