How high do you have to be to work here!?!?? Placed an order through a delivery service for helium balloons and did not blow them up!! If I were to come in the store and purchase the balloons off the selection wall they would be blown up. So why not do the same when ordering delivery ESPECIALLY when I selected helium balloons. Make it make sense!?!! Then you can't get in contact with the store because the number listed doesn't work. You call other stores and they don't know the number. I use to visit this store often; however, the atmosphere has changed. The store asles are crowded with stock and not on shelves. It's more of a stafty hazard then a shopping experience..Now that I know the photo option is available; I Willl take pics.. in the future. read more

If I could rate as a -10 I would. This store is the most unorganized, filthy, and unprofessional retailer I have been to in a very long time. Please NEVER order anything on Dollar Tree and select to ship to the Fallstaff store location. The only reason this store was selected as a means for pickup was because it was convenient to the person I was dropping the merchandise off to. I received an email on Sunday (3 days ago), which stated: "Grab your keys... your order has arrived! You can pick up your order at the store address below. To avoid order cancellation, please pick up your order by March 18, 2018." I arrived today just in case there may be a delay. The only cashier stepped away from her register to go behind another register/aisle looking for it and could not find it. She then asked the manager to assist. He came out and rummaged through the piles of boxes stacked behind and on top of the long register/aisle. He then checked in a shopping cart full of customer orders which were able to be picked upon by anyone. He asked again my name and what the item was and looked for a few seconds longer. He then "checked" in the backroom. When he came back a few minutes later he stated they did not have them and their truck has yet to arrive. I had to call the Dollar Tree direct regarding my order. The service agent, Drena, stated that the store had 106 on hand. She spoke with him and he stated that they did not have them. She was unhelpful and not very friendly, cutting me off at times. My option was to wait for the truck or get a refund. It would not make sense to wait for an arrival of a truck when I received an email 3 days prior. The explanation of this was because the company sends the email when the item leaves the distribution center. How convenient for the customer! The company sends a false email to allow customers to come for an item that may or may not actually be available! I know they are way behind in technology and pick up services, but they must do better than this!!! I had to get a refund for an item purchase 2 weeks prior and drive even further to a much more organized and clean Dollar Tree in Owings Mills, MD where Sharon found the items and put them to the side for me to purchase. The Dollar Tree on Fallstaff needs new management, staffing, and hopefully a visit from Corporate (if they have one), to help them understand the importance of branding and that they are truly NOT representing the company well. read more

This store is very messy and unorganized and they usually only have one cashier. I have had to put down my things twice this week and leave due to the wait !! You can't avoided the &1 store but sheesh. The main gripe that I have is that seems to be no rhyme or reason to the was things are grouped or placed on shelves. The days that I had to abandon my things and leave, I could not find them when I returned. I also saw nothing on the shelves to replace them either. The things that I wanted had disappeared. I also noticed then that the shelving was off and realized that the things could be anywhere. Enter MAYOGATE. There was no less than 5 separate spots on the shelf for mayonnaise. 5 !!! All different places throughout the aisle. It made me dizzy and I had to leave again. I think the neatest dollar tree in the are is waaay up Reisterstown rd beyond Owings Mills in Reisterstown. I don't usually shop at any kinda dollar stores in general, but this location is an exception, great selection, big store, clean shop, fast in and out most of the times, shelves are always full with all the goodies, well overall its an excellent in dollar store category! read more

Every item here is extremely low quality and will break within a week. Ive purchased about 30 items here and they refuse to allow any exchanges. The lines are always extremely long and the customer service was terrible. I went here to look at a few items and tla lady claiming to be the manager came up to me and asked me to put my bag in the front. Once I did she staired at me the whole time while I looked at the items. I couldnt shop with her stairing at me the whole time because I felt extremely uncomfortable. She then came up to me and told me i had to leave. I had been there a total of less than 10 minutes. I asked her with the issue was and she just said no you gotta go. I shop here all the time, but I will not br shopping here anymore. I will make sure my friends and family dont shop here anymore either. I spend money here all the time and this is extremely insulting. An example of profiling at its best. I had $50 in my pocket and they treated me like a theif. This is what I call a dollar store!!!! Everything is here! If I can think it, its here! All items stay replenished, never came here and seen a empty spot. The crew here must work round the clock to make sure all of the isle is full and neat. Came here to plan a baby shower and everything I needed was here. All smiles! :) read more

I am very disappointed in this company I use to shop there all the time I am part of a organization called 2000 Jewish ladies I don't know what happen to the manger that was there she was African American she was great and she made sure when our holidays came around she had the product ready I have heard several of your employees speak about this young l think it's unprofessional and I am sure they are breaking the hippa laws with that being said I will never shop there again and I will be reaching out to the community about this store something needs to be done at once thanks read more

This dollar tree is huge! The employees are nice and helpful, the only downfall is the store was a mess. The shelves were not stocked at all. It's after Christmas so that's probably the problem. I'll be back to try this store again. read more

This is by far the worst Dollar Tree in all creation. The place is absolutely ruined. The shelves are complete chaos and the carpet on the floor is filthy. I was looking for paper goods for a reception for 200 people. I could not spend a dollar there. I searched for a manager and unfortunately met with Sabrina. My goodness, one look at the gold tooth and tracks, I understood why the store was in such disarray. This 'manager' replied to my inquiry about the store closing down (I asked because that would be the only logical explanation for the mess) with "not that I know of" and "you know why it's trashed? cuz of customers. dey trash it erryday." When I informed her that I would not be spending money in the store, she laughed and said "okay sweety, it's fine." Along with the filth, the clearly untrained management staff needs to be removed if they hope to ever redeem themselves as a reputable place of business.
