I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal service I have received from your company. I have been attempting to resolve an issue with my car all day, but to no avail. Each time I called, I was given three different names of people who supposedly work there, but it seems none of them actually do. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Moreover, whenever I ask to speak with the service manager, I am told that they are always busy and unable to take my call. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of support and responsiveness, especially when dealing with an issue as serious as mine. I have had my car for only one month, and it is already giving me problems. The part that was installed was not placed correctly, resulting in damage that has burned the hood of my car. This is not only disappointing but also dangerous. I demand immediate attention to this matter and a resolution to my problem.
