We contracted DreamForge to do a bump-out to our house to add a dining room, re-deck our back deck and sand and refinish our hardwood floors. PROS: Anna was helpful in guiding us through the process, contacting and scheduling other contractors, and helping us through the permitting process. She was also helpful with suggesting design ideas that we ultimately really liked! Julio and his team were very friendly, skilled and for the most part courteous. We really love the final outcome of our dining room and the quality of the workmanship of our deck. CONS: the refinishing of our hardwood floors wasn't the most detailed. As you can see in the photos sanding was missed on the edges. The floor looks better than before, but it's not exactly what we had hoped for. There was some debris left over after the project was completed that we had to take care of, the worst being urine-filled water bottles which was a bit disgusting. It was also discovered after the project was completed and after they left there were personal items of ours that were thrown away, property damage, and our outdoor water faucet was left running which ended up being an increase of about $200 to our water bill. Overall costing us hundreds of dollars out of pocket. We have tried to communicate with Anna about some sort of rectification with no success. Although we do love our dining room and deck, I can't in good consciousness recommend DreamForge Contractors. read more
