Dumpling Time has a great outdoor setup, which honestly ended up being the best part of the experience.
I wish the food was what stood out, but it fell short. The braised beef noodle soup was the most flavorful dish, maybe even a little too strong at times. The pork buns were decent and probably my second favorite.
We came for the xiao long bao, and they were underwhelming. They were small, a bit flat, and just okay tasting. They came in little aluminum cups inside the steamer. Maybe that what made them soggy?
Service was also on the slow side. We had to flag someone down a few times, even just to get the check.
