The staff is okay but the food is sub-par. I really didn't like the breakfast sandwich I got and the coffee had too much syrup in it. I did find some coupons and did their survey though. It has a nice seating area to relax but Bartow is a weird city and not much to do or see. Imagine a little oasis for some coffee and donuts in the middle of a po-dunk city. read more
