The Bartow DD is horrible. They seem to cheat out on making drinks as asked. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and extra caramel. It had no caramel and they refused to fix it. I asked for a bec on a croissant. The people behind me ordered the same with another sandwich. They made theirs first, then when I asked about mine, they handed me a egg and cheese on a croissant. I take it back and they just grabbed some cold bacon off the top shelf and threw it on and wrapped it back up. I will never return to this location. Arrived there around 11:20 am on a Monday and went inside. There was not one car in the parking lot and only 1 car at the drive-thru window. When I entered there were two employees present. One man at the coffee station who looked right at me with no acknowledgement at all and another female employee sweeping the front counter area. I'm nit sure if they are understaffed or what was going on but I've been in the drive thru for 25min and only seen 3 cars actually go through. The vehicles that make it to the box to order wait about 5 min or longer before they even take their order. The inside is packed because of how slow the drive thru is. i recently went through the drive thru of the Bartow location and the employees were extremely rude. They were laughing in the windows on their phones. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager they hung up the phone and turned their phones off. I'm not sure if it's a bunch of teenagers working there but being a long term customer service employee I find that extremely unprofessional i would not recommend this location to anyone because of the disrespect and uncomfortableness experience. This is the only Dunkin' in the area that is worth going to. My order is very simple every third day, a chocolate chip muffin with those delicious sugar crystals and a small bottle of whole milk. The fact that every Dunkin' in Lakeland has some variation of no chocci chip muffies, no delicious sugar crystals, or no bottles of the simplest drink next to water is baffling to me. Overall I was very happy with my bagel+hot chocolate. The drive thru line does tend to be pretty busy sometimes. However I felt they spent a fair amount of time with each customer. I highly recommend the bagels at Dunkin Donuts. However I would avoid some of the cream cheese flavors. For example I believe I tried strawberry a while back, and it wasn't my favorite. Ordered 4 drinks through the app to pick up in the drive thru. It wasn't ready when we arrived. The guy spilled the small coffee on our hand and didn't even offer a new coffee or napkins. We ordered a vanilla latte and a hazelnut latte. He handed us 2 hazelnut lattes. I told the guy about that mistake. Ordered a Charlie cold brew and I noticed when it was given to me that the color was a lot lighter than normal So I questioned it. Come to find out, it was made with cream rather than milk. I apologized for the inconvenience of them having to remake my drink (even though it was their fault for making it incorrectly) and I got a stare and no Response. This particular time, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. When I got the coffee it seemed off and didn't taste right. Once again, like most of the other reviews of this Dunkin have iterated, the customer service here is atrocious! Walked in to purchase a donut, was not greeted by the store associate and was not asked what I would like to order. The man at the cash register, a shorter gentlemen literally just stood there waiting for me to say something, which is fine, but if you really want to give your customers a better experience at least greet them and ask for their order. Apart from that, the employee was on his phone and talking with the group of people sitting towards the back of the store, so, not the most professional. In the drive through we got stuck behind someone with a huge order who thought it was wrong, only to ultimately realize it was not, and when we pulled up to the window re first thing the drive thru attendant did was apologize for the wait. I hate going to this Dunkin! Their bagels are very good but their attitude is not! I went through drive thru the other day with a friend, we both ordered hot drinks but while we were decided what we wanted the lady over the speaker kept sighing heavily and talking with an annoyed tone, then when we got to the front we gave her a coupon and while she was scanning it we were just trying to make small talk with her and she wouldn't respond nor look at us, then walked away to get our drinks. When she came back she didn't even look at us while she handed over the drinks and practically slammed the window shut, going over to her friend to talk. BUT THE WORST EXPERIENCE IS THIS: My friend and I had a day planned but we decided to start it with Dunkin. Big mistake. We asked for two iced vanilla lattes with liquid cream and sugar and a donut for my friend. Well when the receipt came we were very confused. They charged her for a six donuts instead of one! While that was being rectified, our drinks came and they were completely the wrong kind, so we were trying to solve both problems at once and the worker didn't want to give her her money back (as she'd accidentally paid without realizing the donuts were added) but instead said she could have the donuts "free" (although they really weren't as she'd paid for them). When we asked for a manager, the first manager said she'd give us the "free" donuts and a coupon for 50% off our next visit, but when we kept insisting she said she'd throw in another donut too! Livid, I asked for another manager and when he came he immediately apologized and took the donuts off for her and gave her her money back and also gave us the 50% off coupon. He was very helpful and sweet but the first worker and her manager were unacceptable! We ended up being there for nearly an hour when we should've been refunded in the first place! I always stop by this Dunkin' Donuts on the way home from work. This morning at 6:10am i stopped before work. I waited 12 minutes sitting in the drive through for a coffee. Eventually i drove off without my coffee and wasted time. If you open at 6 you should have everything ready for the morning rush. This was 10 minutes after opening and they had nothing prepared.
