I first went to the drive through, but the line was a little long, so I pulled around to park and went inside. There was no line, but the cashier could not find the hot chocolate button so it took a pretty long time to pay, but the other employees got my order out to me pretty quickly. I'm assuming the slow payment process was just due to it being a new location so the employees are still learning, and I hope that it will be faster next time. Dunkin' serves my favorite hot chocolate. It's so tasty and creamy, and even though I'm pretty sure they do make it with water, you can't tell by the taste. In the summer time I love Dunkin's Frozen Chocolate. It is chocolatey and icey and delicious. I enjoy the breakfast sandwich, but it definitely has a processed food kind of quality to it. Dunkin's donuts and munchkins are pretty good, and they switch out flavors seasonally. Their donuts are pretty cakey and sweet. I have an arsenal of Dunkin' mugs and reusable to-go cups, and before the pandemic I loved that I could save a little bit of paper/plastic by giving them my own cup for my order. Because of health and safety guidelines, they have temporarily stopped this option, but I hope it will come back soon. read more
