Coming into dunkin, I was feeling horrible from a long day at work. But coming into big smiles and meeting this staff was the highlight of my day. This 5 star review is solely for Jessica and Emiliano, I had a bad experience where I had received the wrong order. They both went ahead and fixed my order completely and had the best attitude towards me. Nicest and most professional people i've encountered. They definitely deserve a raise based on their amazing customer service and dedication towards making their customers feel heard and seen. It's refreshing to know that we still have amazing customer service like these displayed today. Will definitely come back during their shift. read more
