I ordered a fucjing iced chai that was literally 6 dollars and the girl clearly does not know what she is doing this shit is straight up milk there wasn't any CHAI in it, it was literally frothy and disgusting- Not to mention they spilt something all on the outside and the cup was overflowing and sticky and i saw them tryna wipe it down frantically with napkins and was still covered when they handed it to me. would give 0 stars if i could read more
