OMG!!!! Is part of the Dunkin training program to be lobotomized? Service was painfully slow with the walking dead making every order under the sun but mine. I was the only person at the drive thru with no customers inside. And my coffee cup was only 3/4 full when I finally got the ONE coffee I ordered. Is ice extra? If I have to put my car in park without anyone in front of me then I have to ask "why?" I truly thought something was wrong with them. Please step it up on training your people. they didn't make my ice coffee right. they didn't put any caramel or sugar in it. we were late to get to the museum so I decided to go after. I just went in to get it remade and the girl at the counter said she didn't know if she could so she couldn't because she didn't make it. i asked for her manager or someone else to ask. she said there was no manager and the cameras are watching so she wouldn't make a new one. I never go here for a reason. Very slow, and it is almost guaranteed the drive up will get the order wrong. Decided to give it another try. Huge mistake! Twice I got burned by their coffee because the lid sucks. The first is in the drive thru. They hand me the coffee and the lid popped off and the coffee spilled all over my hand. This one is the last straw. I just bought a new car. Leather seat and everything. I brought it out to my car and about to put it in the cup holder. The frigging cup collapse on me. Spilled half the coffee all over my brand new car seat. I started wiping up everything up. Been going here for a few months now since ive been working in the area. Service is terrible. I tolerated the service just because i needed something quick in the morning. i noticed recently that they only put one piece of bacon on their breakfast sandwiches. It's bullshit. Only offer drive through service. Wes fed into the line in an awkward position due to heavy customer flow. Was not able to use the intercom to order. Wasn't able to get out of the line either due to traffic and barriers. When I approached the window, the employees wouldn't take my order and were extremely rude. This is the third tome this weeks I've tried to get a coffee here and This is the slowest moving location I've ever been to. I chose the drive thru this morning because there were customers inside waiting for orders without a mask on. I could see inside the store any there would be gaps of time (5-7 minutes) before anyone would even go up through the drivethru window. When they did, most people were only getting a hot coffee so I'm not sure why that takes up to 7 minutes to prepare. I was the sixth car in line, I left after 25 minutes of sitting and waiting and there were still 4 people waiting in front of me. This DD is in a convenient spot for travelers near a series of hotels with easy access to I-95. The staff is young but polite and this DD offers the typical fare of others DDs in the mid-Atlantic region. However, service here was slooooooooow. I was alone in the place at 5:30 AM and it took 10 minutes for them to finish my order. All were hot, traditional coffees, a few donuts, and two bagels with cream cheese. Yeesh! read more

Only one person was working the counter. The young man working the counter was visibly frustrated after trying to figure out the coupon or something the lady at the counter had. You can guarantee they'll be out of whatever it is you want every other time you go (so you'll have to always order something else which is always really frustrating, please just order stock guys or take it off the menu). You'll spend 5-10 minutes just sitting at the drive thru menu waiting for someone to say anything at all, even just a "we'll be with you shortly" is too much for them and then another 5 minutes at the window. The people at the window always try very hard to keep a bad/negative attitude and never apologize for the sometimes up to 15 minute waits. This Dunkin' Donuts is 30 seconds from my work so the location works out great but unfortunately I just have to grab Dunkin' Donuts elsewhere on my way to work because these guys just don't wanna do it, that's really what it comes down to. Today when I went through the drive thru I had to ask the woman multiple times for my receipt and she was getting clearly annoyed/short with me as if I had done something wrong by wanting my receipt. She was yelling at people in the back which I could hear very clearly. Extremely unprofessional. I'm starting to wonder if the application process requires a rude personality because I've never had a friendly encounter with anyone here yet. I get rude customers can be frustrating to deal with and Dunkin' Donuts is known for its horrific treatment of employees, but take your anger out on the rude customers, not me when all I want is a sandwich and I'm trying to be as friendly as possible. Excessively long wait times during low traffic hours, but if you even attempt to get food/drink from here during their busy periods (breakfast, lunch, etc etc) be prepared to be waiting for a much longer period of time. Staff is fairly friendly, but your first impression from them is generally a "We'll be right with you" followed by 5-7 minutes of silence before finally taking your order. They are often out of stock of seasonal/popular products so having a couple different choices in mind is a smart idea. Food is often cooked properly (give them a few days to figure out how to cook the seasonal items properly) and the drinks are not half bad but could be mixed a little better. If the wait times were reduced this DD would be 3-4 star. read more
