I hate being a karen but this experience made me one. I have legally changed to karen after ordering. We had ordered multiple items, the hash browns were out of their bag, burnt soggy and at the bottom of the bag crushed by our other food that was stale and crunchy. There was no cream in our iced coffee, they forgot one of our donuts and gave us two of jelly instead when we asked they just gave us extra. Workers were unprofessional. I'd rather spend the extra money on the Starbucks 5 feet away, atleast they give good customer service. read more
