This location is terrible. Especially at night, the workers who are on this shift seem to never want to do their job, every time i go there at night they always make different excuses as to make the one drink i ask for, the cappuccino blast. every time i ask for this they seem to come up with a new excuse to not make it. For example they say "sorry our baskin is closed" when it's way before closing or "we are out of vanilla ice cream" or "our blender isn't working". Everyone on this shift needs re-trained or just fired. Management needs to take action because the service from this location is just awful. They are my go to Dunkin' because I live dow the street, but they are constantly messing up my order or forgetting items. To avoid this I've started doing mobile order, but I just left and they seemed to not have any clue as to what was included in my order, like the seemed confused at the fact I did a mobile order like it was some foreign technology. This place was great when it opened, up until a year ago. Now it looks like the employees are going through a revolving door. They are not friendly and have no idea about customer service. Sometimes you have to say "hello" so they even begin to take your order. Also, I have never seen more than 1 car leave the line because it's slow, but today, 2 cars left. I hate being a karen but this experience made me one. I have legally changed to karen after ordering. We had ordered multiple items, the hash browns were out of their bag, burnt soggy and at the bottom of the bag crushed by our other food that was stale and crunchy. There was no cream in our iced coffee, they forgot one of our donuts and gave us two of jelly instead when we asked they just gave us extra. Workers were unprofessional. Due to its convenient location I frequent this store a bit. I will be boycotting though. Rarely do I get a great experience between messing up my orders to not having items in stock... to rude workers. Really incompetent rude employees. They do not say thank you. It's also not convenient to get in and out and if there's any bjt of a line I'm drive through it creates a situation in the parking lot due to how it shares space with surrounding stores. I don't come to this location often because it just sucks overall. Messing up orders, charging the wrong prices, etc. One time the Baskin-Robbins side was out of chocolate peanut butter. This time they had it but for some reason there was way more peanut butter than chocolate which made it gross. Never had these issues at the Baskin over on North Ave and Bloomingdale. read more

We saw a car being helped when we were on our way to the drive thru. We get in line and wait to order and no one says anything. We say hello are y'all open? No answer. We wait a bit more still nothing. So we leave and go across the street to get drinks instead because we figured y'all were closed at that point right? Get to the window and she rung me up just for the apple juice....that I didn't want. She changed my order to the Veggie Bowl. I get to the work and open it up...I was given the Chorizo Bowl. Not what I wanted but not worth my time to go back. Good thing I'm not a Vegetarian!!
