This is a horrible establishment. I went there this morning and I got a egg cheese and sausage sandwich. I asked for a bagel instead of the usual croissant. I get home and the bagel is burnt, I couldn't eat the top of the bagel and couldn't finish it because the bottom was burnt as well. I would highly recommend going to Bruegger's Bagels in willoughby where I have NEVER received a burnt sandwich. I will not be going back to this business, it was a waste of my time and money. read more
