I stopped in recently through the drive through as I was out working. It was 516am they had just opened. Lisa the cashier was really sweet and let me know her ovens were still warming up. I pulled to the front and on the exact 7 minutes quoted for my hash browns someone brang them out. I grabbed a quick meal in between jobs while waiting for my car to be looked at by Rainbow Mufflers. I got a medium regular coffee, maple bacon croissant and hash browns. The price was about $7, not bad. The coffee was initially made with cream and sugar, I did not realize that they automatically do this for "regular" coffee. She re-made it for me no problem. I'll keep that in mind when I get coffee from them again. The croissant was pretty good, typical thin sliced bacon at a fast food spot. The hash browns were awesome! The only thing I love about this Dunkin Donuts is the location. It's right before I get on the freeway so it's super convenient to grab coffee before heading to work or school. It's really hit or miss here and the customer service is lacking. Sometimes the coffee is great and other times it's terrible - there is no consistency which is disappointing. No matter how many cars are in the drive thru it takes a loooong time. It seems like there is no urgency with the workers. If there were another coffee place closer to my house I would probably go there. With that being said it's typically decent coffee and it gets the job done when you need a quick pick me up. read more

The absolute worst location by far and I've been to Dunkin's all over the world. Every day they are rude, slow and unprofessional. Half the time I sit at the speaker and they say nothing for minutes. Then they can't get the simplest order correct ever! I asked for a hot pumpkin spice coffee, the label said original blend so I asked them and they said "it's in there, the label is just wrong". I left and on the freeway to work I realized it was not what I asked for and had no time to go back. I called 3 times and no one answers the phone. As you can see, I had four sandwiches and all of them are really Hella burnt and two of them weren't supposed to have egg on them and I have that on my receipt and there was egg on all four of them. we literally had to pick off all the burnt pieces and wasted half of the sandwich. I went through the drive thru, ordered my drink, got to the window, looked at the sticker, and could tell it was incorrect by the color. This is a horrible establishment. I went there this morning and I got a egg cheese and sausage sandwich. I asked for a bagel instead of the usual croissant. I like Dunkin Donuts and many other coffee shops. The The only thing I don't like from them is poor customer service. I don't want outstanding service. Normal will do. For example, if you're unsure what the customer ordered read back what you show on their receipt and ask if that was everything. Make sure it's right. Seems simple enough. Customers aren't ordering a side of attitude, just some coffee and maybe a donut. If employees can't handle mistakes and decide to take it out on customers they should have a different role. No matter how many chances I give this place, they always disappoint. I will not go back to this location ever again. Today I ordered a plain bagel, toasted with light butter (emphasis on light because they overly butter their bagels). When I arrived at work, my bagel had the most ridiculous amount of butter on it. Donuts and Coffee good service needs a little help. Having an AARP card there is a deal where you can show your card when purchasing a large or extra large coffee and get a free donut. Lately there is a new employee that says she has to scan the card they have a new computer system now. We told her nobody else does, she says sometimes it doesn't work. She scanned it and said it worked. But it is not a scannable card, I don't think she knows what she is doing. Then the next time we go she says you can only do it one time. She spoke with another employee that was there and she said no they get a free one with their card when purchasing coffee.
