This is the 2nd time being here and this rating is simply reflecting my visit here last night. First off, since it was a weekday and about 8pm at night the place was pretty empty. We were seated right away and given menus. It took our server like 10 minutes to acknowledge us; after taking our order our appetizer and drinks came rather quickly. I wasn't aware that the guacamole had jalapenos; 2nd time in the past week. The nachos were hot so were definitely tasty. Our food took about 15 minutes though and all we ordered was a burger and chicken crispers. My boyfriend's meal was right on target; the bacon was crispy and the burger well done ... mine on the other hand was completely wrong. I had ordered the "crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers" but instead just got chicken crispers. I was already upset that it had taken forever and even more upset that my order was wrong. The lady who had brought our food out was called over to our table and I explained the situation, she had said our server got the order wrong and would replace it ... I then stated I didn't want to wait another 15-20 minutes for it so I stayed with what they sent me. Our server then came by our table when we were almost done to ask us how we were doing; I simply nodded and hinted to my boyfriend that this time there would be no tip. I am going out to a place like this to get good food and service ... if one is lacking we have a problem. I might come back here ... I might not. They get a solid 3 stars from me. read more
