I honestly hate that I'm even writing this right now. I walked in excited to treat myself, and I walked out with both hands in pain and my nails looking like a complete disaster. The technician was so rough that my fingers are still throbbing - my skin was scratched and dug into with their nails, and I felt more like I was being hurt than cared for. I'm heartbroken. I paid full price for something that genuinely made me want to cry. This wasn't just a bad nail job - it was a painful, upsetting experience that left me feeling crushed and honestly questioning if I even want to go back to a salon again.
