I honestly hate that I'm even writing this right now. I walked in excited to treat myself, and I walked out with both hands in pain and my nails looking like a complete disaster. The technician was so rough that my fingers are still throbbing - my skin was scratched and dug into with their nails, and I felt more like I was being hurt than cared for. I'm heartbroken. I paid full price for something that genuinely made me want to cry. This wasn't just a bad nail job - it was a painful, upsetting experience that left me feeling crushed and honestly questioning if I even want to go back to a salon again. Horrible!!! Get your price in writing!!! $15 nail color changed to $25 and $35. I was getting a simple nail color change for my mother and daughter. Was told $15. Then because they pushed my mother's cuticles back it went up $10. But we aren't advised of the additional $10 and $15 until it was time to pay. Same for my daughter.... Her toes were painted. I've been coming here for years and every time I come there are less and less people. There is no one here now. They are losing business for a reason.... And now they are desperate for money. The business name recently changed, as there was a change in management, but otherwise the same business. I opted for the basic manicure and pedicure, which is a bundled price. Also, if you have any service done Mon-Thu, there is a special 10% off. All said, both services were $30 on a Tuesday. Pretty decent price and the nail techs did a good job. The business is in a strip mall. They have several nail polish colors available to choose from. I have been going to Lena and Kim for years ! They are the best. They stay busy but worth the wait . They listen and give what you ask for .

First and last time at this establishment. My nails were horrible. Left me wondering if they had ever did a single nail in their lives. I asked for coffin shaped and the shaping was uneven and bad. Nails were bulky and digging into my skin. Not a good paint job with holes in one nail. I asked for the "manager" and I said to him that my nail hurts from it covering my nail and finger and digging into my skin and needs to be removed. Before I know it, he was going for a nail file and starting to file my nails at the register. To my surprise it helped slightly with the pain, but it baffled me how he didn't even acknowledge the bad work on my nails. I knew then it was a waste of time and left. So $40 wasted. I hate making a scene and being a rude customer so I just have to learn from it and never give places like this my business again. Horrible that people will take your hard earned money and give such bad service. The whole reason I went there was because of the reviews online, and now I'm speculating the authenticity of the reviews. read more

I've visited this nail salon about 10 times. They very clean, not the fastest, but they try. They are close to my home and they have a frequent customer rewards card. If you are looking for a simple mani/pedi with simple color and or French manicured type nails - This is a 5 star place. I had to give them a 2 because whenever I want some type of design or stone design, it never comes out right. It takes FOREVER. It takes 2 or 3 of them to hover around telling each other how to do it. I don't think I bring in pictures of anything too hard.... For example, I brought in a picture of a French manicure type style that was divided by the nail tape. The lady first used nail polish, and it looked horrible. When I asked her for the nail tape, she had to ask and they had a meeting of sorts before everyone knew what I was talking about. Another time I wanted a French manicure style with the 2 colors divided by stones. She placed the stones on my nails using just clear polish then went over the stones with glue!!! Ofcourse it was a clunky mess, as you could no longer see the stones because of all the glue. She blamed the gel polish... (Not true, I've had this done elsewhere before.) The crazy thing is, the lady that was doing my nails had an awesome design on her toes. I asked did she do it, she said no. Someone else at another shop did them! So, I will be finding a new salon that actually knows how to do a little something extra. I like them, but I'm a flashy girl, I like a little bit more than 1 color and simple French manicures. Since I just started back getting my nails done, I don't know what the fare rate is. That's seems a bit pricey to me. read more

This nail salon took every precaution to ensure safety while I was there and I so appreciate that!!! They require a mask, have acrylic shields for services AND they take your temp at the door! I have found my new nail salon! I have been searching for one ever since eight incident in March and haven't been able to find the right fit until now. Their prices are incredible, the attention to detail is awesome ,and they have friendly service. I will be back. When I saw something wasn't right with on of my fingers from SNS mani they immediately fixed it. This is my new place. For a sns mani and a regular pedi it in cost $53. The first time I went there I was going to get a pedicure and the guy did a very good job so I decided I would come back since my regular nail person was unavailable at another shop. When I got there I was told to pick my color and I waited for about 15 minutes until someone came back up to me and asked me if I could wait a little longer so I said sure thinking maybe would be about another 5 or 10 minutes I got to be about another 15 minutes two people walked in afterwards. One person had an appointment which I completely understand and then another person who was a walk-in who I believe is a regular because she stated no I did not call in this time. After waiting another 5 minutes possibly more I decided it wasn't worth the wait and I just left because I was given no time frame as to how long it would be before I was able to even get to a chair and I have more important things to do with my day than to spend it waiting for someone to be available to do my nails after they are done with and the people who made the appointment as well I just don't have that kind of time in my day and the fact that no one even gave me some kind of timeframe I was even more annoying. It just amazes me that I have been to more than one nail shop where they appear to just being considerate of people's time and they think that just because you're coming to get your nails done that you have 3 to 4 hours to sit in a nail salon read more
