This co. goes under flex way rental as well. This is probably been the worst experience in renting a car I've ever had. It took about 2 1/2 hours to rent a car because there's two people working, they check you in and take a ride to the airport to pick up more people they check you in take another ride to the airport to pick up more people so you're sitting there like sitting ducks waiting for them to go back-and-forth to the airport. They took about 45 minutes to originally picked me up for something that's literally a two minute drive they're arrogant, unprofessional, nasty and rude. Their lack of customer service is by far not a representation of what the island is about. They speak to you as if they are your parents scolding you with the constant "if you get into an accident" "if you hit somebody" Trying to bully you into their policy if you opt to use your own. Then they give me the wrong key and repeatedly try to explain to me that it's a push to start that I'm not doing it right. When I say ok you do it and they realize the car won't start ... they laugh oh it the wrong key. Also if you end up going to the beach They charge $150 if there is sand on the car. read more
