I really love to come here with my family, whether it is for breakfast or lunch. this last time that I was there, however, I was really bothered. when we came in, the restaurant was so loud. you couldn't hear if anyone had greeted you or not. when we finally found someone who worked there, alth0ugh I can't say that I blame them for not knowing we were there, we asked them if there were a wait and if not, where we should/could sit. they had to basically take us by the hand to lead us to a table. the music that was playing inside was so loud that no one could hear each other. and yet even with this difficulty, the manager did nothing about it. I think he was the manager anyway, maybe he was the owner. I don't knot but I did not enjoy my experience here. I couldn't ask for anything from our server. they couldn't hear me. I tried pointing at certain things on the menu but when I had to make decisions about the type of meat that I preferred or the type of tortillas that I wanted, it was almost impossible to do so. it was so loud that I couldn't even talk to my husband who was sitting just a fork and knife's distance away from me. this was terrible. we literally weren't able to say a word to one another. ugh!
the food is still delicious. service was lacking this time but that was because the music was deafening and sign language wasn't working. parking is free but the lot does fill up quickly. I'll still come back but this last time was NOT it and I hope I don't have to endure that kind of painfully high volume again next time. read more
