What a disappointment! Being the place has been open for 5yrs the maintenance is horrible & customer service.
Came for breakfast at 8:05am & most of hot plates empty. Took for a manager (red polo) to tell cook to refill thing. Place was NOT busy compared to the other Elements I've been to in California & Oregon. read more
