Checked out Encore Rouge for a group happy hour recently. It took a minute to get our first round - actually just under half an hour. Our bartender made a valiant effort to keep up but she was one person with a big group and other patrons to take care of. I didn't get a particularly friendly vibe from her as she asked me to take my seat while she finished setting up the bar, shortly after opening time. The cocktail menu is very limited but the prices are good for the Happy Hour offerings. read more
