Denise Koval is the reason why these things are happening! READ BELOW AND DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS Who's Denise? She is your property manager. Why do you not want to move in here? I'll tell you. My car has already been broken into twice within the 6 months I've been living here. They have stripped my car to the point where it won't turn on. My packages have been stolen from inside of the building and my mail has been stolen as well. People are smoking fentanyl in the hallways and setting off alarms from smoking cigarettes in the hallways. I have multiple videos of the ear piercing alarm that gets set off throughout the morning. They last from 5 mins- 20 mins. There is black mold everywhere that they just paint over!!!! Ground floor floods everyday. The fence that leads to the parking lot in the back is broken and refuse to properly fix it and they refuse to put cameras up in the parking lot to protect you when multiple people have asked for them and when people give the police statements, police say that they encourage the property to put up cameras and they don't! Denise Koval has called me ridiculous for worrying about my safety and god forbid you try to contact her on the weekends. She really needs those reset days.
