Excellent. There were no surprises, and Julio answered all of our many (many, many) questions very patiently. We've never replaced a roof before, so we were a pretty nervous. The estimate was spot on (not the most expensive, not the cheapest), and the work was done much sooner than we expected. We originally asked for 2 skylights but changed to 3, and Ex Home Solutions just got it done without changing our schedule. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.
