An update: I had to let my nails grow all the way out and get a new set because of all the damage that was done by Expert Nails. The people that did my soak off were in shock and kept asking who would do that to me... When I got my new set at a much more reputable place there were no cuts or bleeding, as there have not been in the last twenty years. Expert Nail's practices are beyond questionable.
