Move out now!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. The gate is broken and so they just leave it wide open 24/7. My trailer was stolen off the lot at 2:00am when the gates are supposed to be locked down (even to residents). They didn't even notice it was stolen and it took for another resident to come in looking for their trailer (which was also stolen) 4 days after the theft for them to realize that not one but TWO trailers were stolen in one night. I had a coupler lock and tongue lock and the thief cut both off. They were on the lot for more than 15 minutes just stealing mine for them to come back 20 minutes later and take the second one. When we asked what is going to be done, their only response was "there is not much we can do for you."
