I just got home from receiving a full set from Catherine. My appointment was at 2:30. walked in at 2:25 and she was in the middle of a pedicure. I waited 20 minutes. when she approached me, she never smiled, greeted me or introduced herself. nasty throughout appointment. at the end, I thanked her and she replied nothing. no "you're welcome,thank you,etc". driving home I noticed white gobs under my fingernails. laziness, chip on her shoulder,sloppy work.
